SECTION 3 – CHANGE OF PURPOSE

 

We will only process your personal data for the purposes that we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that any further processing is compatible with the original purpose.  If you would like an explanation as to how further processing is compatible with the original purpose, then please contact us. If we need to process your personal data for an unrelated purpose, then we will notify you and we will explain the lawful basis which allows us to do so. Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets.  Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them.  If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may process your personal data in the same way as set out in this notice. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.  We do not allow our third-party service providers to process your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Purchases made through the Stichting Wens Ambulance Hondsrug store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled through secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited. SECTION 14 – HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

 

SECTION 15 – WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

 

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights).  However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.  Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights).  This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.  We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month.  Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests.  In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
